Aren't these too short, or shorter than stock? I recall seeing that somewhere on here as well as a YouTube video. It appeared the yoke only slid into the trans (about) halfway. . I'm not interested in buying one (at least not at the moment) but if I was this would be a concern, considering that would seem like a failure point since there's not as much splined surface area being used as compared to stock.

These were made for the 185 and Pat's car was the original guinea pig for this. I bought one from the original group buy Pat had set up with ACPT and it fit my 185 perfectly. Since this video is showing the setup on a 165 I can't comment on the fitment or on a 205, I can only say that the fitment was spot on for my 185.

I believe the only one currently producing is driveshaftshop. https://driveshaftshop.com/product/1990 ... ur-st-185/

Should be using the ACPT design. It's a bit more expensive
