So sadly when I was working on the inside of my car with the doors open, the lights just stopped working after awhile. On it's way it took the cig lighter, clock, and power mirrors with it too. I checked all the interior fuses, (TAIL 15, CIG/RAD 15, etc.) and all seem fine. Anyone have anything? I was looking through old posts and found out about the door coursty switching being a problem but that still doesnt help the other issues, so I'm stuck. Thank you!

Were you able to check continuity through the fuse? I've had ones that were so barely blown that you visually couldn't tell. Just thought I would recommend you check since it's quick and easy before you really start spending time digging into this.

Clock and cig lighter uses the same ground point. I suppose you attack the car with an multimeter and check if there is ground and power.
The grey wire is power from the 15A fuse and the clock is having an blue/yellow wire supporting constant power.
Ground = white/black

Mirrors are using same ground point as clock/cig.
So most problably the error can be found in the grounding somewhere.

I have not yet, good call, I'll get to that, or might just buy a pack of fuses and just replace them, thank you.

Really good info thank you!
Also if you get the rest working but the cig still doesn't, they have an extra fusible link crimped onto the back.
Thanks Toyota....anyways thank you good to know! I'm going out of town tonight so I'll get back to it then, and I'll let you guys know. Appreciate you guys

Ok so i have been trying to figure this out, but it was not the fuses. I removed them, and unsurprisingly the cluster radio etc didn't work, then reinstalled and they all worked, however the clock door lights dome light and folding function of the mirrors still does not. I got the 12v to work as well. Thank you

You have to attack the plugterminals with an multimeter and measure if they are getting power and/or ground. That is the only way if the easy things are not the case. Sorry.
