Used ST205 engine is here. Pretty good shape. Gotta start taking it apart soon.
Scored a ST202 shifter from the junkyard today. $20 short shift kit. Still haven't seen a 4th gen at the junkyard in 2020. Crazy

Just put a bunch of parts on eBay
Old ST165 engine is stripped and new ST205 is on the stand.
Got a specialist tool to get the crank bolt off. Geez it is torqued down tight.

How common is that center feed intake manifold on the 205 engine?
It is still left of center like the ST165 and ST185. The big difference is the intake runners being 4 big ports.

I'm not all that familiar with the 205 engines I thought they were all side feed intake manifolds unlike the 165 and 185

I believe you're thinking of the 215 and 246 Caldina engines.

Shit I had a brain fart and was thinking the 205 had the 4th gen :bangshead: I wasnt even thinking about the 3rd gen. My bad haha I'll keep my mouth shut for now.
