Hello all. Didn't quite know where to put this but... I recently got employed by a local race shop. Primarily they focus on EVOS and Pikes Peak Hill Climb Cars (or that's where I'm seen most) With that in mind, I have access to many more resources than before. A lot of my I want to build this and that is much easier as well the shop has lifts, corner balances, a full CNC machine etc. I still plan to do roll center correction, knuckles, etc.

I posting this as I would like to make it known that I can custom fab just about anything now, and would be more than happy to do so.
Right now I'm planning on getting a manifold and setup for an HKS GTIII-RS turbo. These spool faster and flow waaaay better.

I have a 3D scanner, CNC, Mills, Laythes, etc. Please feel free to reach out if you need something. I can cross reference with my car and likely generate CAD and such from that.

Can you start posting stuff you make as you fabricate? Including non-alltrac items.
I Gotchu
Here some stuff from the hill climb car, First one is a intake body for the twin turbo setup. We welded the charge cooler on top, which I fabed up some endtanks for. The others are endtanks. The charge cooler endtank was designed internally to split the cooler into thirds, thus preventing a hot and cold zone. I also made that PCV adapter for Roreri awhile back, but i don't have any pictures. His forum does though

I was mostly joking because they're so dang flimsy but that would actually be pretty sweet
Ok so I have done a little work on it. Honest question. CNC Aluminum or carbon fiber. Carbon fiber would be plenty strong, and by extension would have less machining time and stuff. I also understand the draw towards metal. Cnc finishes are nicee

Personally I'm doing a mix of alcantara, chopped towed carbon, and Lemans Confetti for my interior, so naturally a good carbon contract piece would be said tweeters.

I think I have a brand new set in storage. Or I put them on and then removed them (and probably broke a clip along the way). If you're going to be modeling these I could possibly do a 3D scan of these if that is helpful.

I have some in my car....tabs broken but I'm going to scan and print out test pieces with new tabs before finalizing design. Thank you for the offer!

Probably the nicest strut bar around. Pic for the new folks who've never seen one.

I'll see what I can do. It looks like aluminum but it would be better steel or carbon. I could carbon tubes an flats pretty easily.

Right now I have those tweeters modeled. I think I'm going to do a molded construction with an exterior aesthetic layer. Ie I fill a mold with carbon. Post pics when I get home tonight
