Wow, he was the reason I started watching rally racing. He will be missed by thousands. My condolences to his family :(

I really liked how he was willing to come over to the US and race in the X-games rally just to help the sport out in America. Im sure he got paid plenty of money, but I am also sure that he certainly didn't need it. It would have been easy and almost understandable for him to look down on the X-games stuff as not "real rally." But he didn't do that. He stepped up and added some heritage, class, and some real professional rally experience to American rally. As well as showed the new American fans how a master does it.

Thank you Mr. McCrae! We appreciate all you did for the sport.
