..i'd rather leave it open.

As i still haven't received any of my parts: which was all the bushings detailed above.

This is the photo that (upon my request) was taken the day the sale was agreed, as proof that the snakeeater actually was in possession of the parts for sale:

Odd thing is that the buyer of the ECU claims to have taken delivery of the ECU and the TRD ARB bushings, which is a piss take cause i bought (paid for) the TRD arb bushings. Perhaps that explains why they haven't and will never arrive.

See this thread: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=27466

lol. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? eh?

lol. I have to date not received any of the items that i paid for.

lol. no. you were not right to accept payment for the TRD anti roll bar bushes and sell them to another forum user.

lol. no. you were not right to accept payment for all items as per the photograph you PM'd me, and not ship the items.

lol. If you are about to counter claim that you did actually ship the items, then no you are not right to ignore my requests by PM and on the PayPal transactions to ship the items by Airmail with a tracking number, and hence insurance for buyer & sellers peace of mind.

You have failed to uphold your side of the transaction, and make adequate provisions to ensure a smooth sale.

You have failed to provided any proof of postage.

I would like a refund in full please by PayPal inclusive of shipping , totalling $74 USD.

Gary.

The worst part about this, and I have experienced exactly the same thing for bike parts, is that PayPal will do nothing. Unless the transaction was eBay-based PayPal cannot track nor verify the details of the exchange and thus can not help the buyer is distress.

They will suggest that you continue to contact the seller to try and work out an amicable solution...

One of the main reasons I use PayPal WAS for the protection advertised, but what they dont tell you is that unless you do everything through eBay you're on your own.
